Walk the official Jordan Trail stage from Petra to Gaa’ Mriebed. The route covers 21.3 km. Allow 6-8 hours (not including detours)​. The route publisher rates the physical challenge as difficult. Along the route: Petra, Wadi Sabra and amphitheater, Gaa’ Mreibid Mudflats. This is a walking route rather than a staffed venue. Guide arrangements, reserve entry permissions and camping are separate; the association recommends a local guide on remote, unmarked sections.
