Walk the official Jordan Trail stage from Shakriya to Wadi Rum Village. The route covers 12 km. Allow 3 - 4 hours. The route publisher rates the physical challenge as moderate. Along the route: Wadi Rum, The “Seven Pillars of Wisdom”, Jebel Rum, Jebel Um Ishrin. This is a walking route rather than a staffed venue. Guide arrangements, reserve entry permissions and camping are separate; the association recommends a local guide on remote, unmarked sections.
